  1. Introduction
The mission of the Wheatland Regional Library is to build strong rural communities by serving information needs, promoting literacy and developing a love of reading. The Wheatland Regional Library endeavors to develop collections, services and resources to fulfill this mission. One such resource is the Internet.

    3. The Library is not responsible for the copying or distributing material found on the Internet that may infringe on copy or intellectual property rights.
  3. Children
The Wheatland Regional Library provides equitable access to information. Children, like adults, have the same access to all materials in the Library including the Internet.
