Biggar has had a library dating back to 1919.  On November 23, 1967, the library moved to its present location at 202 3rd Avenue West.  The library was renamed the Biggar Lionel A. Jones Wheatland Library on January 13, 1971. The Biggar Library offers four public Internet Access computers, one with a scanner.  The library also has a word processing computer and a photocopier.
